Announcement!
NERLEEA post registration 2.0 is now live. Or more accurately a new feature called “Roster Manager”.
What you need to know:
- All data from 1.0 will be transferred over prior to January 1st, 2020 so don’t panic. We did not lose everything.
- Each post will have a login. Your lead advisor will receive an email (if we have an up to date contact) with their post-login password.
- From the Roster Manager, each post will be able to add, remove, and edit members.
- You will also be able to export a current roster at your convenience.
- Your lead advisor will now get an update email and reminder email when a cadet turns 18 and needs an updated waiver if the cadet’s date of birth is entered.
- You will need to access the new Roster Manager through the Advisor’s portal. Many advisors already have the password but it will be pushed out in a follow-up email as a reminder.
The most important part and the part we are most excited about is that each cadet and advisor will now be assigned a unique four-digit NERLEEA ID number. This number is important because it will be a required field when registering for an event. For advisors, this is a huge time saver because you will not have to track down waivers before events. If the cadet is registered on the Roster Manager and has been assigned a NERLEEA ID number they will have to have a waiver on file!
We are looking forward to the other side of this pandemic and getting back to some great training and events!
