INSTRUCTIONAL GOALS
This course will provide an open but structured forum to help develop youth cadet program advisors. In doing so, advisors will be able to create a safe, principled, and effective program for its youth members. It is imperative that advisors “buy-in” to their youth programs by taking responsibility for all activities, and experiences to guarantee cadets learn how to make decisions and ethical choices.
