REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
REGISTRATION CLOSES IN
POST/AGENCY ONLINE REGISTRATION DUE!
ACADEMY COST IS $710

Please review the following important registration information and deadlines for the 2025 NERLEEA Academy. It is critical that all posts/agencies, advisors, and parents/guardians follow the instructions closely to ensure a smooth registration process.
Key Deadlines
Advisor Online Registration JUNE 17th, 2025
Posts/Agency Online Registration – JUNE 23rd, 2025
(To be completed by the Lead Advisor)
Payment JULY 5th, 2025
Late Registrations: Any post/agency that fails to meet these deadlines will incur a $500 one-time administrative fee.
There will be no refunds issued for any reason once a cadet and advisor completes registration on the first day of the academy.

Complete online Post/Agency registration by July 5, 2025
Submit payment (check, PO, or credit card) by July 5, 2025

Parent/Guardian Responsibility – Cadet Registration
The cadet registration/medical packet must be hand-delivered to the academy during check-in on Sunday, July 20, 2025. Do not mail this packet.
Packet includes:
Emergency contact form
Permission to treat/transport
Photo/video release
Sunscreen advisory
Emergency contact list
OTC medication approval
Copy of current immunization record (school records acceptable)
Prescription medications form (if applicable)
Youth camp health exam/record (must be completed by a doctor)
Special Medical Needs:
Cadets requiring prescription meds, with allergies, or dietary needs must also complete the HIPAA-protected online form, in addition to hard copies.

Individual Advisor Responsibilities
Each advisor must complete online registration by June 26, 2025
Medical form (to be hand-delivered at check-in, NOT mailed)
Must include a doctor-completed camp health exam/record
Must include immunization records or a Titer test (Addendum III)

STAFF ATTENDANCE LETTER 2025
LETTER FROM THE DIRECTOR FOR AGENCY ADMINISTRATORS THAT OUTLINES HOW MANY ADVISORS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND THE ACADEMY.
YOUTH CAMP LICENSED AND INSPECTED BY THE STATE OF MASSACHUSETTS LBO
THIS CAMP MUST COMPLY WITH REGULATION OF MDPH & BE LICENSED BY LBHO
PARENTS HAVE THE RIGHT TO REVIEW BACKGROUND CHECK, HEALTH CARE, DISCIPLINE POLICIES, AND GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES UPON REQUEST.
