East Coast Tactical Medicine – Role Player Request

East Coast Tactical Medicine, a tactical medical training company, is looking for volunteers to role
play casualties for mass casualty training in New Milford, CT.

Who:
East Coast Tactical Medicine (ECTM), LLC.
ECTM is fully certified, licensed, and insured by the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT) to provide TECC, TCCC, Law Enforcement & First Responder Tactical Care (LEFR-TC), BCON, and other certification-generating medical training programs of instruction. ECTM has certified Simunition instructors on-staff and is fully licensed and insured for the use of Simunitions during training. ECTM grants Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits for each of its TECC, TCCC, LEFR-TC, and other NAEMT courses through its sponsorship and partnership with Trinity Health of New England.

What:
Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) course for approximately 15-20 students.

When:
Sunday September 3rd, 2023 – 1000hrs to 1600hrs

How:
ECTM will use volunteers to role-playing patients in order to create realistic scenarios for the firefighters. ECTM has a special effect expert who will moulage each role player up with pretty gruesome injuries and then the role players get to act out the wounded in their worst (or best) war movie.
