We are excited to announce this exciting new program to the NERLEEA lineup!

This skills day program is intended to provide the best training possible for our youth members. It is not a competition like stations day but will be focused on refining the skills our cadets have been learning back at their respective departments. We welcome all posts to join us for this day of fun and educational experiences.

Events may include but are not limited to the following:

• Leadership Reaction Course
• Range Simulator
• Shoot House Training Building Search
• Crisis Negotiator Lecture/Demo
• Officer Down/Ambush Response
• DUI Simulator/DUI Standardized Field Sobriety Tests
• High Stress
• Traffic Stops
• Arrest and Control

In the evening, our Entertainment Director along with the Army National Guard have planned evening activities to help foster friendship and comradery between all of our outstanding programs.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided.
